Another New Year’s Eve celebration is approaching and some people will take this event as an opportunity to make some decisions for the following year. Some tend to respect their New Year’s resolutions while other might forget them very quickly, maybe even in a month.
These days our team has finally secured 4 spots which ensure free Wi-Fi connection to the visitors of the Old Town in Mostar. The project “Pametna kaldrma†(Smart cobblestones) is a part of Tour Guide Mostar and it is set to ensure free internet connection in the whole part of the Old Town so that the users can freely use the services of tour guide which we are developing.
During the 16th century in Mostar, in the Čaršija (carshiya ) there were more than 30 various types of crafts. They were predominantly grouped into esnafi (Turkish word for “guildsâ€) or guilds, which were arranged according to the types of professions after which even the streets (carshiyas) were named, bearing the features of distinct carshiyas.
The Tour Guide Mostar project is moving along quickly while the summer season is at full peak and thousands of tourists visit Mostar every day.
Our team is finishing the last details and preparations for the launch of the Multilanguage digital tour guide which will launch in September.
